Leamington Spa Wedding | Becca + Stuart

Real Weddings

As a busy Leamington Spa wedding photographer, I’m lucky enough to frequently capture wedding photography at Riverside Glasshouse in Jephson Gardens. Becca and Stuart chose the perfect venue for their winter wedding in Warwickshire.

Botanical winter wedding

On the day, I caught up with Becca who was getting ready at the nearby Angel Hotel, and got those all-important bridal preparation images. Becca looked amazing in a beautiful off shoulder dress with beautiful lace detail and an A-line skirt that gave her a gorgeous silhouette in all of my images. She teamed it with a pearl necklace and earrings that belonged to her mum (her something borrowed) and a colourful bouquet that I loved.

On arrival, I caught up with Stuart who was looking super smart in grey tails. His best woman and Becca’s bridesmaid both looked elegant in burgundy dresses. The wedding ceremony took place in the Temperate House, with Becca and Stuart saying their vows beside a wooden arbour set against a backdrop of tropical plants.

One of the many things I love about capturing wedding photography at The Riverside Glasshouse, is the abundance of light and tropical plants as it means that the weather or time of year cannot get in the way of beautifully light photos.

Experienced Warwickshire wedding photographer

I whisked Becca and Stuart outside for some portraits around the beautiful Jephson Gardens. Having photographed lots of Jephson Gardens weddings, I know all the best locations for great images which really helps when the weather is not on our side. It got drizzly towards the end, but Becca and Stuart were real troopers. It was definitely worth the effort as we got some great images, including my favourite of the day by the street art elephant. Becca and Stuart love colour and Becca’s favourite animals are elephants, so it felt like the perfect image.

The wedding breakfast was held in The Riverside Glasshouse’s function room that had been beautifully dressed with origami cranes, fairy lights and colourful paper shades. Wedding breakfast was provided by the in-house catering team, followed by some very well received speeches. Evening celebrations started with the cutting of the wedding cake followed by a fun first dance for Becca and Stuart. Their guests did not disappoint on the dancing front as they really went for it, giving me the chance to capture some really fun dancefloor images.

A lovely colourful wedding at a stunning Leamington Spa wedding venue. I’ll leave the last words to Becca and Stuart. Here’s what they had to say about me.

Thank you so so so much!! These are all absolutely incredible and we have watched the slideshow on repeat for the last two hours, pausing and chatting through them all over and over again! They really are fabulous and we can’t wait to see the rest of them”
